Oh yeah! Lisa Beyer is in the house! Expect a great grab bag of old swing from the 20s and 30s, Torch songs, a little bit of blues, some good Country, cold weather Garage....it's all good with Bad Wizard.

Wednesday!

Mmm mmm good. One of our favorites, DJ vs. Nature aka Andrew Neerman will be here on Wednesday to play some of his fave post-punk, dream pop, and other yummy minimal disco and interesting dance musics. This will also be the after party for a very special collaborative trunk show that's happening around the corner at our BFF's, Salon 22o. Go see what's happening in the early eve over there and come on by later for the tunes and cocktails!

Man, this is going to be such a nice one. Wonderful, warm family time before Santa comes and takes everyone out of town. Come on by if you've ever been curious about any of these folks. They're all amazing, and making really beautiful music right now. Definitely one to remember.

Great, new projects from some of Portland's old school music homies. Old Junior is a new project from John Magnifico of Old Growth and The Happening is coming from Em Brownlowe who you might remember from Swallows. Should be a really great night of music. Come on over!

Shoot, you guys. This just may be the most fun show we've ever put together. David Liebe Hart (who you may know from TV's Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!) and his friend, Adam have a band. And the band is basically just him singing and Adam playing guitar. Sometimes with puppets. Sometimes not. They're coming all the way up from LA to do their thing for us. We're beyond excited. The man is an extremely gifted and unique songwriter.

Galactic Daughters of Passion (Kathleen Keogh, Alicia McDaid, Lena Kassof, and Sarah Johnson) will be collaborating on something potentially hilarious, beautiful, disturbing, and without a doubt, entertaining. David Rafn (Sustentacula) is preparing a special set.

Don't miss this. It'll be one for the books.
