Wednesday, April 6th!

We are so very honored to have astral folk heroine, Ruthann Friedman here next week. An artist responsible for so many beautiful songs, we can't wait to hear some of her classics from her Constant Companion days as well as what she's up to today. Joining her will be LA friends, Fort King and Portland's very own, The Ocean Floor who haven't played in forever!

9pm. Donations greatly appreciated for Ruthann.

*Happy Hour will be from 6-9pm tonight

Monday, March 28th

Can't wait to see the new and improved line up for Stepkidds with members of XDS, Petoskey, Brass Clouds, and Edibles. Woot woot!

Thursday, March 24th!

Hi Friends! Thursday evening we will be screening a really gorgeous film, An Island by Vincent Moon. It's a beautiful document of some time spent in Denmark with the band, Efterklang. Looking forward to seeing some snippets of our friend, Heather Broderick's new life!

We'll be screening it at 8pm sharp. Come on down and enjoy it. Of course, it's free for you.
Stick around afterward for the amazing stylings of DJ Womb Service (Eliza from The Golden Hours!)

First show for Sea Caves and New Century Schoolbook in a really long time! We couldn't be happier to hear their new sets. Come on out if ya can. It would be a lot of fun. Future Historians will also be trying a different, three-piece set for the evening. Woot woot!

Sah-dah-TAY!

Hey! Did you know that Zack Osterlund and Kristin McLaughlin have a new, amazing video deejay night together here during Saturday happy hours? It's true. And to officially kick things off they'll be partying afterward, too (from 9 'til super late), giving props to Nate Dogg with a killer tribute set. R.I.P Mr. Nate Dogg.

Tuesday!

Of course, you probably know by now that Raf Spielman's tape label, Eggy Records has put out some amazing stuff in the past couple years. Actually, some of our supreme favorites and we thought it would be fun to have a night of Eggy music curated by Raf himself. Our buddies, The Woolen Men will be joined by two of Eggy's trippier artists, Toning and Weather Exposed Skeleton Music. We're really looking forward to this, and it's Jen's first night back to the bar, too. Come hang!

This just in:

Our beloved Evolutionary Jass Band is going to play here on Monday, March 7th!
We are ecstatic. We've missed them so much. Hope you can make it for this special time!
Come around 9pm or so. It's free!

... and Welcome home, Bob and Jef!

Sunday!

Gospel night is back, and it's happening this Sunday! We're happy to have Mike McGonigal (Yeti quarterly, Fire In My Bones compilation curator) and Mr. Jay Martin back to play some of their favorite Gospel records. Don't know about you guys, but we sure could use a night of these songs right now. Come on down and enjoy it with us.

Wednesday!

Megan Holmes makes her DJ debut! Come show some love!
